Questions, answered.

Short answers to what people ask most, before and during the pilot. Still stuck? Email us — we reply within one business day.

How much does Piu cost?

Piu is free during the pilot — no card required, no ads. If we introduce pricing after public launch, pilot members hear about it first and nothing changes for you without notice.

What happens to my data?

Your records never train a model. Your data stays yours: you can export it or delete your account at any time, and Piu never shares it without your explicit consent.

What won't Piu do?

Piu doesn't diagnose new conditions, prescribe or change medication doses, or replace your doctor's care plan. It suggests, reminds, and points you to your care team when something needs a clinician.

How does the waitlist work?

Join with your name and email — a phone number is optional. Piu is in pilot on iOS today, and we invite waitlist members in batches, so you’ll get an email when it’s your turn. Public launch is planned for 2027, and waitlist members get in first.

What does Piu do in an emergency or a crisis?

If something looks like an emergency, Piu tells you to call 911 and points you to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. It also alerts our response team — who can contact local emergency services where you are — and notifies your emergency contact. Piu is not a substitute for emergency services.

Is Piu on iOS or Android?

Piu is in pilot on iOS today (via TestFlight). Android is coming — join the waitlist and we’ll let you know the moment it’s ready.

What languages does Piu speak?

English, French, Spanish, Hindi, and Portuguese today, with more on the way. Piu also understands the foods and rhythms behind each language, not just the words.

Does Piu replace my doctor?

No. Piu runs the plan your clinician sets and handles the day-to-day between visits. For symptoms, escalation, or anything clinical, it points you back to your care team.
